Broadcast Producer (Simulcast, Pre-Program Support)

The Job

You will:

• Research, prepare, coordinate and edit content for all overseas horses key races, including race previews, analysis, and promotional materials
• Operate video mixers and other broadcast equipment during pre-race and live program to ensure smooth transition and professional output
• Supervise and guide other teammates including audio, technical and assistant producers to meet production goal
• Foster a collaborative environment to ensure alignment between teams
• Ensure the program quality and supervise the content execution
• Ability to work irregular hous, including overnight, weekends and holidays to accommodate live race schedules
• Field production experience is also needed
• Ensures compliance with Responsible Gambling Policy (RGP) and all stipulated legal requirements pertaining to wagering, thereby protecting the integrity of the Club’s business
• Undertakes other duties as assigned by Line Manager

About You

You should have:

• Bachelor degree in Media Production, Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• A minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in broadcast field
• Experience in LIVE broadcast operations preferred
• Proficiency in Avid, Premiere-Pro, After Effect, and Photoshop
• Good sense of trends and initiative to stay up-to-date, be self-motivated, proactive
• Good communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Ability to work independently under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Willingness to work long and irregular hours
• Knowledge and interest in horse racing an advantage
