Customer Care Representative(Voice)
The Department:
The Integrated Contact Centre in Retail and Telebet Services Department provides one-stop customer service to the Club’s customers and general public. By means of telephone hotlines and online channels, we provide customers with product information, enquiry handling and feedback handling, etc.
The Job:
You will
- Proactively reach out to customers to provide service, support, and follow-up on enquiries or issues.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and helpful manner to enhance the overall experience.
- Make outbound calls or respond inbound calls to address customers open issues, provide product/service updates, or offer additional support.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions or recommendations to resolve problems.
- Upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services to customers based on their requirements.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by your superior.
- Be available to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
About You:
You should have

- DSE / HKCEE or above
- Prior experience in the outbound service or sales calls are preferred
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule to accommodate call volume demands
- Proficient in typing in both Chinese and English
Terms of Employment:
Pay-rate
$84.5 per hour
Working Hour
Average 4-8 working hours per day and 3-5 days per week. Actual working hours depend on operational need and on rostering basis
