The Division
The People and Organisational Development (P&OD) Division is dedicated to cultivating a dynamic workplace culture that attracts, develops, and retains exceptional talent. The division serve as trusted advisor across the organization, aligning people practices with business goals to drive performance, innovation, and employee engagement.
The Job
You will:
- Design and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, Onboarding, Succession and Career Development etc.)
- Lead quarterly SuccessFactors release management: analyze updates, test changes, and deploy enhancements
- Collaborate with HR business partners to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure integration, data flow, and system interoperability
- Provide system support, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes or improvements
- Maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and release notes
- Deliver training and support to HR users and internal clients
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with internal and external regulations
About You
You should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors in an HRIS or HR Technology role
- Proven expertise in solution design, configuration, and release management
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including IT and HR stakeholders
- Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., SAP CPI, Dell Boomi) and reporting platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors People Analytics)
