Human Resources Officer (HR Systems) (1-year contract)

The Division
The People and Organisational Development (P&OD) Division is dedicated to cultivating a dynamic workplace culture that attracts, develops, and retains exceptional talent. The division serve as trusted advisor across the organization, aligning people practices with business goals to drive performance, innovation, and employee engagement.
The Job
- Responsible for daily HR Information Systems administration, liaison with key stakeholders within HR and from line departments (HK & all entities in PRC)
- Support Senior Manager, Human Resources (Group HR Technology) in delivering different project items
- Support RPA development in PDLC such as user requirement collection, testing and deployment (HK & all entities in PRC)
- Responsible for follow up of system related procurement and its schedule
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Business Information System or related discipline area
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in supporting HR Systems or HR system projects
- Independent, proactive & self-motivated
- Good analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills
- Good team player and ability to work under pressure
- Experience in UiPath RPA, DocuSign and SuccessFactors will be an advantage
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
