The Job
- Support the implementation and ongoing management of the performance management framework, including KPI tracking, dashboard maintenance, and reporting routines, to provide clear visibility of business performance
- Prepare regular business performance reports and analysis, ensuring timely, accurate, and relevant insights are available to support management discussions and decision-making
- Support programme delivery tracking by monitoring milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and follow-up actions, helping to maintain effective execution discipline across workstreams
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to consolidate performance updates, identify issues and opportunities, and support the tracking of agreed management actions
- Assist in business and programme review meetings by preparing materials, analysing performance trends, and highlighting key observations for discussion
- Apply data analytics to generate insights, improve reporting quality, and support forecasting or scenario analysis where needed
- Support collaboration across the wider Programme and Business Management team to ensure alignment between business priorities, programme delivery, and performance outcomes
- Ensures compliance with Responsible Gambling Policy (RGP) and all stipulated legal requirements pertaining to wagering, thereby protecting the integrity of the Club’s business
- Undertakes other duties as assigned by the Line Manager
About you
- Experience in business management, business/data analytics, programme management, or a related function
- Experience in performance reporting, business analysis, process design, management information, or governance support
- Exposure to cross-functional programme delivery, transformation initiatives, or new business launches is an advantage
- Experience in sports wagering, sports business, digital product, or other fast-paced consumer businesses is an advantage
- Experience in data analysis and business insight generation is preferred
- Prior people management experience is not essential, though experience in mentoring junior team members or coordinating work across teams would be beneficial
- Good understanding of business performance metrics and reporting processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends, issues, and opportunities
- Experience with dashboarding, management reporting, and presentation of business insights
- Intermediate understanding of programme management disciplines, including milestone tracking, risk and issue management, and governance support
- Good understanding of financial and commercial performance indicators
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques; exposure to AI-enabled analysis is an advantage
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholder groups
