We design, build, and operate the technology that powers the Club. Our primary focus is on delivering the service that supports our hospitality, racing and wagering operations, to ensure that our customers and members enjoy exceptional experiences.

The Department

The Cyber Security Department is essential to the Club’s ongoing success, safeguarding information assets, IT systems, networks, and cloud platforms while ensuring the resilience and continuity of critical operations. Through the implementation of strong risk governance frameworks and cybersecurity standards, the department protects the Club against emerging threats and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements in Hong Kong and China.

As the first line of defense, the department plays a key role in maintaining the Club’s reputation and operational resilience. Its core responsibilities include identifying and addressing vulnerabilities, protecting sensitive information, ensuring rapid incident response, overseeing access management, and promoting Club-wide cybersecurity awareness.

The Job

You will:

1.  Procurement activities

  • Responsible for end-to-end RFX processes
  • Manage and be responsible for tender/RFQ documents
  • Responsible for preparing item specification documents
  • Responsible for daily procurement operations (PO issuance), managing requisitions and obtaining approval according to business needs
  • Preparing Contract Documents

2.  Finance activities

  • IT financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting on IT spending, including capital expenditures (Capex), operational expenditures (Opex), and project-specific costs
  • Oversee IT financial control, including adherence to budgets, approval processes, and procedural controls for IT-related financial transactions
  • Monitor and manage IT cost allocation methodologies to ensure fairness, accuracy, and transparency
  • Support the compilation and tracking of financial budget information          
  • Develop and track key financial metrics and KPIs for IT performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Proactively recommend actions to optimise costs, improve efficiency, and align IT investments with strategic priorities

About You

You should have:

  • Graduate qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • With at least 3 years of experience in IT administration and/or financial management
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities, work independently and in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
  • Proficiency in writing, presentation and communication skills

Terms of Employment

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
