The Job

1. Requirements Translation & User Stories

• Translate product requirements into detailed user stories and Jira tickets
• Ensure stories meet the needs of delivery teams with clear acceptance criteria
• Document business rules, flows, and edge cases for sprint readiness

2. Testing Support & Quality Assurance

• Write test cases and business scenarios for QA teams to translate into test scripts
• Perform testing on delivered functionality from a product and business user perspective
• Support overall user acceptance by Product Owners and Product Managers.
• Raise bugs and defects through Jira tickets with clear reproduction steps

3. Clarification & Collaboration

• Collaborate with engineers and architects to provide clarity on requirements
• Clarify requirements with designers and engineers based on aligned direction with the PO
• Escalate issues or ambiguities to the POs when necessary

4. Delivery Support

• Participate in sprint ceremonies (refinement, stand‑ups, reviews) to ensure requirements are understood
• Track progress of assigned stories and ensure alignment with delivery timelines
• Support BAU collaboration by documenting integration details and test approaches

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related disciplines preferred
• 2–4 years of experience in product delivery, business analysis, or QA support roles
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases
• Exposure to agile delivery environments and sprint ceremonies
• Experience with defect tracking and resolution
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical detail
• Understanding of QA processes and defect management
• Clear communication skills to collaborate across engineering, design, and product teams
