Senior Charities Officer (Data Analytics and Integrated Reporting)

The Department

Reporting to Senior Manager, Charities (Integrated Reporting), the job holder will support the corporate reporting function, with a primary goal of ensuring precise, transparent, and timely communication of the Club's and the Trust's business, social, and environmental performance, as well as its social contributions and impact through a range of top notched reports with best-in-class reporting practices.

The Job

• To assist with planning of projects that support various reporting initiatives of DAIR
• To implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies for goal alignment and progress tracking
• To act as a coordinator for both internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective communication of expectations and concerns, and to maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
• To collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and streamline workflow for data collation, analysis and reporting
• To monitor and report on project progress to ensure they are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget
• To conduct research on measurement and reporting of the Club’s economic, social and environmental contributions to the society
• To handle administrative and ad-hoc tasks delegated by the line manager
• To collaborate with the Corporate Affairs Division in ensuring alignment with Club-wide publications and writing standards
• To execute administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks/ projects delegated by supervisor

About You

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• A minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in ESG or sustainability reporting in sizeable or listed companies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and risks management ability
• Strong in time management and able to deliver under pressure
• Good business acumen
• Passionate about the latest ESG data management and reporting development

Terms of Employment

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
