We design, build, and operate the technology that powers the Club. Our primary focus is on delivering the service that supports our hospitality, racing and wagering operations, to ensure that our customers and members enjoy exceptional experiences.
We also deliver the changes necessary to drive business growth through new products and services. And, we are committed to safeguarding the Club by protecting it from external threats, providing a secure and resilient technological environment.
The Department
The IT Change Department is crucial for ensuring the successful delivery of all IT change initiatives, whether using agile or waterfall methodologies. It is supported by a robust IT Change Management Office (CMO), which oversees the entire process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Key responsibilities of the IT change department:

- Portfolio Management
- PDLC Governance
The Job
You will:
- Lead the development team to deliver related use cases and IT solutions, including estimation, design, construction, testing, maintenance, support and installation of complex computer-based solutions
- Oversee the translation of business requirements into functional design that aligns with architectural standards and roadmaps
- Ensure compliance with established standards and processes
- Oversees and measures the fulfilment of the vendors' contractual obligations
About You
You should have:
- University degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related engineering discipline
- Experience in architectural design and software development of large-scale systems
- Management experience in leading teams and building relationships with people at a variety of levels
- Professional certification in Project Management, including PMP, SAFe Agile, or related certification
- IT certification, including TOGAF, Open CA, ACCSP, ITIL or related certification
- Cloud certification, including AWS Certified DevOps, Docker Certified Associate, and Certified Kubernetes Administration / Application Developer
- Experience with system, application, and database design on high availability, robust and high-performance systems
- Experience in PDLC with Agile development approach (e.g. Scrum or SAFe)
- Proven staff management/supervision capability with multi-site development team management experience
- Strong proficiency in data analytics, high-performance transaction processing system design and development
- Experience with system design on high availability, robust and high-performance systems
- Experience with application development on C/C++, Java or C# .net platform, JSON, XML
- Experience with database development, such as MSSQL and Oracle platforms
- Experience with Java Frameworks such as Spring, Camel and Hibernate
- Experience with API development, such as RESTful API, OpenAPI, SOA, SoapUI and microservice
- Experience with Cloud development, including VMware, Azure, Docker, and Containers
- A Good Understanding of the Wagering business will be an advantage
