The Property Department is committed to providing integrated, customer-centric, sustainable and cost effective asset management, development management, project management and facilities management services to the key Business Units in the Club.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced facilities management professional to lead the operation and maintenance of the Club’s mission critical Information Technology Operations Buildings (ITOB; 2 x Data Centres), Shatin Corporate Offices, and Property Hotline services.


Reporting to the Executive Manager, Property Facilities Management, this role is responsible for ensuring high availability, safe, compliant, and cost effective facilities operations, while driving service excellence, operational resilience, and continuous improvement across a large, complex property portfolio.

The Job

  • Lead and oversee the operation, maintenance, and servicing of ITOB Data Centres, Shatin Corporate Offices, and Property Hotline operations, ensuring reliable, efficient, and cost‑effective performance in full compliance with safety, statutory, and sustainability requirements while delivering continuous value‑added improvements.
  • Manage and oversee outsourced facilities management (FM) service providers for Shatin Corporate Buildings, monitor performance against KPIs, and ensure effective emergency preparedness through regular training and drills. 
  • Plan and oversee preventive maintenance programmes, asset health management, and condition surveys in line with corporate standards, while managing operational risks and tracking maintenance performance to ensure timely completion and optimal asset condition.
  • Collaborate with IT and cross‑functional business units to ensure infrastructure facilities meet agreed SLAs and international industry standards, covering electrical systems, generators, UPS, cooling and air‑conditioning plants, fire protection systems, and other M&E facilities across data centers and corporate buildings. Lead monthly technical and operational review meetings between IT and Facilities Management, and drive execution of agreed actions and decisions.
  • Manage and support capital works, asset replacement, and minor projects end‑to‑end, providing technical input, user requirements, and procurement advice to ensure fit‑for‑purpose facilities and systems.Support capital projects, cyclical replacement works, and minor works from planning through delivery, providing strong technical and operational input.
  • Develop team capability through structured training, staff rotation, talent identification, and succession planning to ensure skills growth and business continuity.
  • Apply industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement, innovation, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence in facilities management.
  • Establish and maintain a quality and performance management framework to monitor contractor performance. Conduct regular performance and process reviews to drive productivity and operational efficiency, and leverage data analytics and technology to identify improvement opportunities and innovative solutions.
  • Attend on‑duty assignments outside normal office hours to oversee race‑day and Mark Six draw operations (when required), ensuring procedural compliance, effective risk management, and smooth execution of pre‑event inspections and tests.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Building Services Engineering, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 12 years’ experience in facilities management, data centre operations, or critical infrastructure environments, with at least 7 years at managerial level.
  • Solid experience in managing and maintaining mission critical assets such with a solid track record in maintenance management, leading multi-disciplinary, cross-divisional teams on large-scale Data Center facilities operations.
  • Solid experience of managing Facility Management outsourced vendor contracts.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, managerial, analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, facilitation, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive change; a dependable leader with proven business maturity, enthusiasm and can-do attitude
  • Knowledge of HKSAR’s FM industry from Government regulations on planning, land and construction to a thorough appreciation of consultants, contractors and suppliers.
  • Registered Electrical Worker (Grade C) is an advantage.
