Job Summary
The Digital Learning function is dedicated to enhancing employee development through innovative and engaging eLearning experiences in the Club’s HR Pegasus Learning system. We leverage cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to deliver digital learning content that is not only informative but also interactive and accessible through Pegasus. Our goal is to foster a culture of self-driven continuous learning that empowers employees to thrive and drive the delivery of the Club’s transformational strategy.
The Job
- Develop eLearning Content: Create, design, and produce engaging digital learning materials using Articulate Rise 360, Vyond, and other digital tools.
- UI/UX Design: Apply user interface and user experience principles to enhance the accessibility and engagement of eLearning modules, ensuring a seamless learning experience.
- Quality Assurance: Review and assess eLearning modules for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to best practices in instructional design.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with divisional or corporate learning content owners and other stakeholders to understand their needs, manage expectations, and ensure content alignment with organizational objectives.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital learning and AI technologies, integrating new approaches to enhance learning experiences.
- Training and Support: Provide guidance and support to corporate and divisional stakeholders on the use of digital learning tools, facilitating workshops or training sessions as needed.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning and execution of multiple eLearning projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
About You
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital learning, instructional design, or related fields, with a focus on eLearning content development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using AI-powered tools such as Articulate Rise 360, Vyond, and other eLearning authoring software.
- UI/UX Knowledge: Strong understanding of user interface and user experience principles, with experience designing user-friendly learning environments.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Language Skills: Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese.
Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
