Senior Technical Manager, Cloud Onboarding Product
The Job
You will:

Process Design and Implementation: Experience in designing and implementing repeatable cloud onboarding end-to-end processes and streamlining the application onboarding experience. Proven ability to standardise and automate operations to ensure secure and efficient migrations

Automation Expertise: Have experience working with automation tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce time-to-market for integration of new cloud services within our offering

Education and Training: A passion for sharing knowledge is essential. Must have experience delivering presentations in one-to-many settings, ideally including classroom and public situations. Ability to build demo application and scenarios that showcase the cloud platform capabilities

Stakeholder Management: Ability to lead executive-level briefings and effectively engage with stakeholders to align cloud onboarding activities with business objectives

Collaboration Skills: Experience in partnering with third-party vendors to seamlessly integrate their solutions into our cloud offerings, including API, process, billing and reporting integration

Customer-centric focus: We are looking for someone who can not only handle the technical aspects of cloud onboarding but also ensure that teams adopt cloud services efficiently, while also maintaining the performance and operational resilience to deliver great service to customers. This also extends to engaging with the cloud platform customer to ensure the post-onboarding experience is also seamless

You should have:

Ability to mentor and grow other team members

Excellent team player with a ‘can-do’ and team collaboration attitude to remove roadblocks, work as one and get stuff done

Good analytical and communication skills, able to discuss with internal users and developers on their requirements and turn that into an action plan

Strong English & presentation skills, with Cantonese and Mandarin oral and written communication skills an advantage

Self-motivated, able to work independently and willing to work with a team

Proven multitasking skills and the ability to adapt to a changing and fast-paced environment

Coordinate and collaborate with different club parties and suppliers

Work with vendors to achieve expected results

Min 5 years of experience in delivering cloud adoption activities

Min 3 years of public cloud technical experience
-
Experience with Atlassian toolsets and building processes
-
Experience with IAC and configuration management (Helm, Terraform, Ansible)
-
Solid understanding of cloud-native technologies, Infrastructure as Code, and orchestration platforms
-
Experience in requirements gathering for the design, development and deployment of solutions
-
Understands the interrelationships between systems, applications, various functional teams and their processes
