The Job

• Define and implement appropriate governance and packaging of releases. Manage software release candidates (RC) and develop automatic software deployment pipelines
• Partner with application developers and architects to ensure our services are built for scale and performance. Write, review, and execute test plans/strategies for validating product/system performance, scalability, and reliability
• Bring the best practices and own environment configuration for all environments. Responsible for automating the environment provision process, which should be reliable and reproducible with high availability

About You

• Computer Science / Engineering Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Scrum Master certification is preferred
• Experience (8Yrs+) in working through the design, development, and release cycle and delivering software products.
• Experience (5Yrs+) in managing CI/ CD pipelines and related environment setup
• Experience with Agile, Scrum and/or Lean principles and practices
• Experience implementing agile practices broadly across a large enterprise
• Experience in implementing continuous integration practices (continuous delivery, service virtualisation, automated testing, etc.) with a focus on software delivery quality and process improvement, utilising tools such as Jenkins
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible Chief
• Experience with application release and deployment tools such as IBM Urban Code
• Experience in implementing and utilising APM monitoring solutions is a plus
• Experience in integration with a common logging system, such as ELK, is a plus
• Experience in managing and deploying to enterprise cloud environments is a plus
