The Job

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define test plans for all Systems Assurance testing activities for projects
• Oversee test project management, including managing test environments, team resources, and stakeholder engagement across multiple projects
• Develop and maintain a high-performance test team to meet project demands and ensure staff capability
• Drive the adoption of test automation to enhance manual testing processes
• Continuously review and improve testing approaches, methodologies, and test cases for effectiveness and efficiency

About You

• Degree qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• Agile certifications are preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of work experience in software/system testing, including at least 5 years in management roles leading teams
• Proven experience working with large-scale and complex systems, demonstrating the ability to deliver projects on time and with quality
• Hands-on experience with test management and defect management tools
• Solid experience in leading teams and building relationships across various organisational levels
