The Department

The Job

• Manage and oversee development projects related to digital transformation across various platforms, including mobile apps and websites
• Gather and translate requirements from business users into effective digital solutions that enhance user experience
• Participate in product development activities, including user research, UX/UI design, usability testing, and user acceptance testing
• Create wireframes, site architectures, and interactive prototypes to support design and development efforts
• Collaborate with IT and external vendors to define specifications, timelines, and deliverables for digital projects
• Assess and analyse customer experience data to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable plans
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies and legal requirements, particularly regarding responsible gambling practices
• Support product launches and upgrades, coordinating with marketing and communication teams as needed
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in digital design and technology to inform project work
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices in design

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Multimedia Design, or related disciplines
• Project management skills with PMP certification being highly preferred
• At least 5-7 years of working experience in the UX/UI design field, consulting, digital solutions, mobile app experience design and technology project management
• Solid experience in UX/UI design with a strong understanding of user-centred design principles
• Experience working within an agile team on digital product implementation; relevant Product Owner or Manager certification is an advantage
• Experience in managing digital application development projects is preferred
