The Division

The Job

• Support the delivery of user-centered digital application projects across various channels, including mobile apps, websites, and e-commerce platforms.
• Create and manage graphic assets for use across multiple media, including mobile apps, web platforms, and social media.
• Translate user requirements into front-end UX/UI designs, including wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with external vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Participate in scrum teams and work closely with development teams to maximize the value of sprint deliveries.
• Conduct user acceptance testing to identify and troubleshoot UI/UX defects.
• Stay informed about current trends and best practices in the digital industry to enhance customer engagement.
• Undertakes other duties as assigned by Line Manager

About You

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fine Art, Graphics Design, Interaction Design, Multimedia Design, or a related discipline.
• Project management skills with PMP certification being highly preferred
• At least 5-7 years of working experience in the UX/UI design field, consulting, digital solutions, mobile app experience design and technology project management
• Solid experience in UX/UI design with a strong understanding of user-centred design principles
• Experience working within an agile team on digital product implementation; relevant Product Owner or Manager certification is an advantage
• Experience in managing digital application development projects is preferred
