Manager, Mainland Marketing Public Media Relationships

Job Summary

The job holder is responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans. The job holder supports the team to establish a system enabling the department to centralise and manage the Club-owned digital and physical channel inventory. He/she will initiate and coordinate content and production plans for the Club. He/she will Develop and implement brand programmes/events to enhance the relevance and brand perception toward the Club.

Major Tasks

  • Proactively work with stakeholders across the Club to gather information about all Club-owned advertising space and digital inventory.
  • Collaborate closely with business units to evaluate their inquiries and support their individual communication objectives.
  • Independently drive marketing programs and coordinate the execution of marketing activities.
  • Assist in content development and design customer journeys to communicate the Club's community efforts at strategic touchpoints.
  • Develop and refine program and event activation plans, ensuring timely delivery and effective execution with on-site supervision.
  • Manage creative, social media, and media agencies efficiently for the creation and execution of marketing materials.
  • Produce and submit regular and ad-hoc reports to team leaders and management.
  • Build and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with business partners.

Education

Undergraduate / Postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Branding, Event or related discipline.

Qualifications

Experience

  • A minimum of 6 - 10 years of experience.
  • Experience in supporting large scale projects that involve multiple stakeholders and internal / external parties.
