The Divison

The Racing Division is committed to managing all aspects of Hong Kong’s world-class sport of horse racing, covering the full value chain — from importation and training to racedays, equestrian, welfare, integrity, and international engagement.  With Conghua Racecourse and Greater Bay Area expansion, we’re shaping racing into a dynamic sporting, social, and entertainment experience.

The Job

• Operate a Food & Beverage (F&B) Store / Receiving Counter
• Take up daily activities of stores issue, receipt, return, transfer and updated system record etc
• Monitor the stock level and arrange stock replenishment
• Liaise with suppliers and users on the matters relating to supply of stores and prepare stock reports and statistics
• Follow up Purchase Orders delivery with suppliers and Procurement
• Assist Stores Supervisor / Storekeepers to monitor daily operations
• Identify, recommend and implement improvement plan for store and receiving operations, occupational health & safety and food safety
• Provide initiative to improve daily operations efficiency
• Regular communication with users and suppliers on stock availability
• Follow the HACCP / ISO22000 standard and procedure in store and receiving operations

About You

• F.5 standard or above
• 5 years relevant experience is preferred
• Hands-on experience in MS applications
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in food hygiene or HACCP/ ISO22000 knowledge is preferred
