The Division

The Property Department is committed to providing integrated, customer-centric, sustainable and cost effective asset management, development management, project management and facilities management services to the key Business Units in the Club.

Job Summary

To provide repair and maintenance services for the electrical supply equipment at Jockey Club properties and premises, including monitoring and reporting on the work quality of contractors to ensure compliance with the company's guidelines.

The Job

• Responsible for the maintenance and operation of UPS, generators, switchboards, and fire service systems at Shatin Racecourse.
• Assist and lead team members in the daily maintenance and repair of electrical equipment, as well as in the formulation and supervision of maintenance strategies.
• Provide repair and maintenance services for building facilities at the Club properties and premises.
• Perform other property‑related tasks as assigned by the Club.
• Requires shift work and duties on race days. Overtime work may be required in case of emergencies.

About You

• Certificate/Diploma in Electrical or Building Services Engineering, or completion of a recognised electrical apprenticeship, or equivalent qualifications
• Registered Electrical Worker (REW) Grade B and holder of a valid Green Card
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the maintenance and operation of UPS, generators, power supply systems, and switchboard equipment
• Basic computer literacy
• Possession of a valid light goods vehicle driving licence will be an advantage
