Training Program Administrator (Graphics & Video Production)
The Job
You Will:
- Work closely with the Head Farrier and the Master Farriers to develop and produce various training videos of farriery work at the workshop and the stables
- Digitalize and improve the content of the HKJC Farrier Training Program and other farriery-related educational programs
- Liaise with internal and external contacts to help organize site visits and training/sharing sessions, develop exchange programs and farriery support programs, and arrange participation of our farriers in international farrier competitions
- Assure that the development, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of the Farrier Training Program taught in Shatin, Beas River, and Conghua are aligned with the requirements of the Hong Kong Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications, develop check lists to ensure all routine actions are completed on time, collate all records and maintain in an efficient orderly manner
- Coordinate regular farrier training meetings and provide other administrative support to the management team
- Provide system support to the team, perform periodic user acceptance testing for system enhancements, and assist with data mining and relevant statistics reports
- Additional duties as assigned by Line Manager
About You
You should have:
- A degree or above, preferably in Multi-Media and Video Production
- At least 4 years of working experience in graphic design / video production
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effect, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and any other post-production processes
- Strong graphical and visual design skills
- Hands-on experience in using PC applications, such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese; fluent in Mandarin
