“Where Passion Meets Profession.”

“My journey with the Club began with a deep passion for the exciting world of horse racing and a drive to immerse myself in a professional environment. I have had the privilege of gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of critical areas in the Racing Division. These include dual-site stable operations, active participation in key race days, and contributions to project development within the Greater Bay Area.
Throughout this journey, I've learned that success here is built on two core principles. The first is to embrace a growth mindset, coupled with a relentless "can-do" spirit. The Club is a dynamic environment that presents new opportunities to learn every day—not just from formal training, but also from daily operations. This continuous learning has been the engine of my career development.
The second principle is the power of strong communication. I quickly realized that clear, effective communication is the cornerstone of professional success. Building these habits has not only strengthened my interactions with my team but has also fostered a sense of trust and collaboration with management.
Now, as I look to the future, my focus is shifting towards the potential of integrating cutting-edge technologies, like artificial intelligence, into our industry. My goal is to leverage these advancements to enhance the use of daily trackwork data. More importantly, I am passionate about exploring how these technologies can further enhance horse welfare and daily operations as well.
My time as a Management Trainee has been more than just a job; it has been a journey of professional and personal growth, preparing me to help shape the future of racing.”
