“Joining HKJC as a Management Trainee has been a fantastic opportunity, especially since I was a summer intern here before. My internship provided valuable insights into the operations and culture of this organization, and continuing my journey as an MT allows me to further explore this large and impactful corporation.

During my time here, I have worked in Football Wagering and other Club-wise events, where I learned how to tailor our products to different demographics and event management. The experience has deepened my understanding of our customer base and enhanced my ability to connect with diverse parties.

HKJC has complex business models and intricate structures. As a Management Trainee, I have the chance to rotate through various departments and divisions. This exposure helps me understand the club more deeply and learn from different perspectives, allowing me to develop a broad skill set rather than focusing on just one area.
