賽馬事務處致力全面推動香港世界級賽馬運動，涵蓋所有核心範疇，馬匹進口與專業培訓，到賽馬日活動、馬術發展、馬匹福利、維護賽事公正，以及國際交流。隨著從化馬場及大灣區的發展，我們正把賽馬塑造成體育與社交娛樂兼備的嶄新體驗。

The Racing Division is committed to managing all aspects of Hong Kong’s world-class sport of horse racing, covering the full value chain — from importation and training to racedays, equestrian, welfare, integrity, and international engagement.  With Conghua Racecourse and Greater Bay Area expansion, we’re shaping racing into a dynamic sporting, social, and entertainment experience.

職責內容 The Job

• 負責所有沙圈和馬術場地的一般正常運作 

• 確保排水系統暢通並且能安全運行，須確保比賽場地的用具和圍欄整齊且放置正確 

• 保持擺放跳欄的倉庫和所有機械乾淨整潔，及時修復損壞的跳欄和機械並及時通知直屬上司，並以安全為優先的最高標準進行保養 

• 準備場地、建造盛裝舞步場地、建造馬術障礙賽和越野障礙賽場地 

• 履行馬術場地主管指派的任何其他職責 

• Be responsible for the general upkeep of all paddocks, arenas and equestrian riding surfaces 

• Ensure all machinery kept clean and tidy; fix mechanical issues directly or by referring to contractor in a timely manner that minimises further damage and to the highest standards of presentation with safety as priority 

• Provide quality services to customers; work in a manner that minimizes disruption and risk to horses and members activities, always be courteous to staff and members alike 

• Facilitate preparations for Events and Competitions; preparing surfaces, building dressage arena, building show jumping and cross country courses.   

• Setting up technical equipment including AV & timing equipment 

• Perform any other duties assigned by Property Supervisor 

工作地點及時間 Working Location and Hours

• 上水雙魚河馬術中心 8am-6pm

• 每週工作6天，共48小時，須於星期日及公眾假期輪班當值

• 工作時間亦會按運作上需要而作出調動 

• Work 6 days per week, totaling 48 hours 

• Required to work on Sundays and public holidays on a shift basis 

• Working hours may be adjusted depending on operational needs 

入職要求 About You

• 須有1 & 2號香港駕駛執照，有18號中型貨車駕駛執照優先考慮 

• 須有責任感 

• 能接受戶外工作及駕駛機械
