任职者负责支援日常运营，确保各类设施的清洁、卫生及维护状况符合标准。该角色旨在依据既定规范提供高品质清洁服务，以达成业务绩效目标与关键绩效指标，并持续维护机构声誉。

职位定义

负责维持本会设施内各区域的整洁、卫生与井然有序。清洁服务员执行广泛的清洁任务，包括在办公室、公共区域、洗手间及其他指定空间进行扫除、拖洗、抹尘、吸尘及表面消毒工作，遵循本会特定的清洁规程与指引，确保所有区域维持最高卫生标准。清洁服务员亦可能按指派处理其他相关设施的专项清洁任务，需与其他清洁人员协调工作、有效管理时间并按优先次序执行任务，以符合本会设施的清洁要求。清洁服务员在为本会员工、访客及宾客营造安全、洁净且舒适环境方面担当关键角色。

主要职责

• Maintain daily operations by providing excellent cleaning services to keep all functional areas, equipment, and utensils clean, following the cleaning schedules and/or instructions of superiors to meet the Club's standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness through on-the-spot cleaning, handle cleaning equipment to manage the standard clean process, and maintain a reasonable stock of guest amenities.
• Report any maintenance deficiencies, lost items, or other issues to the Supervisor.
• Maintain good working relationships with team members and other departments while performing additional duties as assigned, focusing on service excellence and resource efficiency.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisor
