職位定義

負責維持本會設施內各區域的整潔、衛生與井然有序。清潔服務員執行廣泛的清潔任務，包括在辦公室、公共區域、洗手間及其他指定空間進行掃除、拖洗、抹塵、吸塵及表面消毒工作，遵循本會特定的清潔規程與指引，確保所有區域維持最高衛生標準。清潔服務員亦可能按指派處理其他相關設施的專項清潔任務，需與其他清潔人員協調工作、有效管理時間並按優先次序執行任務，以符合本會設施的清潔要求。清潔服務員在為本會員工、訪客及賓客營造安全、潔淨且舒適環境方面擔當關鍵角色。

主要職責

• Maintain daily operations by providing excellent cleaning services to keep all functional areas, equipment, and utensils clean, following the cleaning schedules and/or instructions of superiors to meet the Club's standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness through on-the-spot cleaning, handle cleaning equipment to manage the standard clean process, and maintain a reasonable stock of guest amenities.
• Report any maintenance deficiencies, lost items, or other issues to the Supervisor.
• Maintain good working relationships with team members and other departments while performing additional duties as assigned, focusing on service excellence and resource efficiency.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisor
